Menu Tasting

Once Nextbite was engaged with Noah Schnapp, the chefs developed three concepts to share with him via a menu tasting in New York. TenderFix was the brand and menu concept that moved forward and launched with IHOP in April 2023.

To execute the menu tasting, I was responsible for planning all travel logistics, identifying a location that had all the equipment required to cook the food and had the ability to host the private menu tasting, and ensure we could source all product required.
