Quiznos Pilot

From the start of our engagement with Quiznos, we were determined to take the time we needed to do the work and not compromise on quality. This was (unofficially) the most successful program I worked on since we had the Asana templates in place and ready to use and the project team had become familiar with the structure of our small team weekly meetings. Additionally, I finalized and rolled out the Project Hub in collaboration with the PMO which continued to support the cross-functional teams in centralizing all program details.

Increased visibility on scope of work, clarity on dedicated team leads, and accessibility to all key documents allowed for program contributors to take initiative, have proactive dialogue about potential risks, and actively solve issues as they occurred.
